The Mayfair Heights Neighborhood Association
is a volunteer organization of neighbors that are concerned about the appearance and well-being of the neighborhood as well as the safety of the families who live there.  There is no fee required to belong.  Annual suggested minimum dues are $20 and go towards neighborhood improvement projects. Meetings are currently held the 2nd Monday of every odd month.

The Mayfair Heights Neighborhood
runs east from May Avenue to Miller Avenue, north from NW 42nd Street to NW 50th Street and and includes the curve around 42nd to N Linn Avenue. It contains approximately 300 homes. Mayfair Heights is an Urban Conservation District, meaning that certain rules should be adhered to in order to maintain the original look and feel of the neighborhood.
