Last night a group of MHNA execs attended the annual Neighborhood Alliance Awards Banquet at the Petroleum Club. As some of you already know, we were one of the 3 finalist neighborhoods for the Neighborhood Of The Year award. That in and of itself was a great honor — there are 400 neighborhoods in OKC, and we are definitely smaller than a lot of them.
We are especially proud to announce that last night… WE WON! Mayfair Heights was awarded “Neighborhood Of The Year” and a $500 check from the Neighborhood Alliance. Truly a red letter day for our little community.
A big Thank You goes to our awesome President, Sarah Adams-Cornell for keeping our group together and taking care of business. Another big Thank You goes to Taryn Evans for submitting our neighborhood to the Neighborhood Alliance. Oh, and a big Thank You to our husbands for wearing suits last night. You all looked snazzy!
