MAYFAIR HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD

The Mayfair Heights Neighborhood runs east from May Avenue to Miller Avenue, north from NW 42nd Street to NW 50th Street and and includes the curve around 42nd to N Linn Avenue. It contains approximately 300 homes. 

The walkability rating for Mayfair Heights has always been above average for Oklahoma City, but with the addition of our new grocery store ALDI and sidewalks in 2017, our neighborhood now boasts one of the best walkability ratings on the Northwest Side of Oklahoma City. Families now enjoy a variety of eating and shopping options mere steps away from their doors, while retaining the quiet neighborhood feel we have been accustomed to over the years.
